La Foce is a garden that was established by the architect Cecil Pinsent and the owner of the property Iris Origo in the early 1930's I was asked to provide some guidance regarding the pruning within the garden and one of my first tasks was to renovate a neglected olive grove within the garden. This series of photographs will show that olive trees react very well to hard pruning
